The house is in 4 acres of land and has a gated driveway about 2km outside the northern grenadian town of Sauteurs (population around 2000).

The house has two ensuite bedrooms living room, kitchen and two verandahs. It was built in 1950 in the colonial bungalow style,and has survived three hurricanes, one category 4 (Grenada has one hurricane every 20 years on average. The last one was Emily in 2005)

Sauteurs is at the very north of the island and approximately 30 km away from the airport Point Salines. This is about an hours car journey due to the winding roads.
15 minutes walk from Sauteurs / 20 minutes stroll from a beach / 10 munutes drive from Helvellyn House

To rent the house is US$70.00 a night.
